- Opens with 'Run for Nepal' around the Sports Centre
- Badminton — Full day
- Cricket — 9 AM – 10 PM
- Football — Full day
- Volleyball — Full day
- Basketball — 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Table Tennis — 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Chess — 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Day 2 — Sunday 10 January
- Athletics / Swimming / Duathlon / Kids & Women's — 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Badminton Finals — 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Basketball Finals — 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Volleyball Finals — 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Football Finals — 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Cricket Finals — 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Closes: Prize Ceremony + Cultural Programme (+ music if funded)
