1. About these termsपरिचय
Event सञ्जाल is run by AImpact Limited, a New Zealand company based in Auckland ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the site, create an account or buy tickets. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. Who you buy fromविक्रेता
Tickets are sold by the organiser of each event. The organiser runs the event and is responsible for it, including its date, place, programme, entry rules, safety and refunds. An organiser may have its own event conditions, shown on the event page. They form part of your purchase.
We act for the organiser. We list the event, issue the tickets and collect card and BlinkPay payments on the organiser's behalf. If you pay by bank deposit, you pay the organiser directly.
3. Your accountखाता
You must be 16 or older to create an account or buy tickets, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud or seriously breaks these terms, or to protect other people. We will tell you why, unless the law or safety prevents it.
4. Buying ticketsटिकट खरिद
- Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, unless the event page says otherwise. The total, including any fees, is shown before you pay.
- When you continue to payment, your tickets are held for 30 minutes. If payment does not complete in that time, the payment page closes and the tickets go back on sale. If your payment completes after that and the tickets are gone, we refund you in full.
- Your order is confirmed when your payment is received. We email your tickets to the address you give at checkout. If you have an account with that email address, they also appear under My tickets. You do not need an account to buy.
- Bank deposit: when an organiser offers it, your order stays pending until the organiser confirms your payment, and your tickets are held for 7 days. If the organiser cannot confirm it, the tickets go back on sale and the organiser deals with any money you sent.
5. Your ticketsतपाईँका टिकट
- Each ticket has a QR code that lets one person in, once. The first scan counts, so don't share it before the event.
- The organiser decides whether tickets can be transferred to someone else.
- Don't resell a ticket for more than you paid. The organiser may refuse entry to a ticket resold this way.
- Age limits and other entry conditions are set by the organiser and shown on the event page.
6. Refunds and changesफिर्ता र परिवर्तन
The organiser's refund policy is shown on the event page before you buy. To ask for a refund, contact the organiser using the details on the event page. If you cannot reach them, contact us and we will help.
- Cancelled event
- You get the ticket price back. Service fees are refunded only if the organiser chooses to, or the law requires it.
- Rescheduled or moved event
- The organiser's refund policy applies.
- How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the way you paid. Bank deposits are refunded by the organiser.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
7. Using the siteप्रयोगका नियम
Don't use the site to break the law, get into other people's accounts or our systems, buy tickets with automated tools, copy the site's content in bulk, or post false or offensive content.
8. Our responsibilityहाम्रो दायित्व
We take reasonable care to run the site, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. The organiser, not us, is responsible for the event itself.
As far as the law allows, our liability to you for our own service is limited to the fees you paid us for the order concerned. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you buy for a business, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
9. Changes to these termsपरिवर्तन
We may update these terms. The new version applies to purchases made after we publish it. An order you have already made keeps the terms it was made under.
10. Law and disputesकानुन र विवाद
New Zealand law applies. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. You can also go to the Disputes Tribunal, or find help at consumerprotection.govt.nz.
