About this event
Lives have been lost, homes destroyed, and families left grieving following the recent devastation in Nepal. While thousands of kilometres separate us in New Zealand, our hearts remain anchored to our homeland, our families, and our friends. When Nepal hurts, Aotearoa feels it deeply. As a community here in Canterbury, we know the long and difficult road to recovery after a natural disaster, and we know that distance cannot divide us when support is needed most.
Join us for an evening of community, solidarity, and authentic Nepalese food to help rebuild lives in the affected regions.
100% of all proceeds will go directly to the Nepal Government Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support immediate relief and long-term rebuilding efforts. Beyond financial aid, this effort is a message of solidarity and hope, proving that even from afar, Aotearoa stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Nepal.
